Service Description

Bringing on new and energized board members is essential for organizations to stay relevant and infused with new and fresh ideas. With this service, The Board Pro will work with the Board Chair, the ED, and the Chair of the Nominations committee. Work will include creating a board matrix for the ideal board and to determine how the current board fits into the organization's plans and goals. Once gaps are revealed, future board direction and growth can be strategized. This will include an an assessment of current board make-up, a updated matrix to reveal needs and gaps, designing and promote an announcement, creating a board application, sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates and recommending potential members to the board chair and or nominating comittee. Prices reflect a range of hours for services.
