ONE-ON-ONE BOARD COACHING

Service Description

This service is one on one meetings with the Executive Director and board members to help each understand the full breadth of responsibilities that come with board service. With this consultation, The Board Pro and board member will establish a tailored individual plan of action to help each with utilizing personal talents and skills, stewarding relationships, and asking for what is wanted and needed to advance the organization forward. Members will be encouraged to deepen their engagement by working between board meetings so they can arrive energized and prepared for the next board meeting. When this occurs, members will feel comfortable treading on sensitive topics in a delicate way because a culture of competence, trust, and mutual respect has been established.
